What to do if you forgot or lost your private key

You didn't save your private key? In this case, we can't help you find your old account... saving the private key is your responsibility. But if you have access to your wallet from the app, you can find the private key by clicking on the mining dashboard, and then you will see an icon button 'i' at the top right corner. Click on it, and you will find your private key there, click on the eye on the right then, insert your pin.
