Is the current GEO obtained on the app tradable?

No. This is a token issued within GeoDB testnet. The main goal of the current system is to test & build a robust GeoDB ecosystem and prepare for the main-net launch. These tokens will be later swapped for the mainnet tokens. So, Keep mining!

Why should users use geoCash right now?

Apart from getting familiar with the app and helping GeoDB to improve the system, there will be a future monetary incentive with GEOs to those users that contribute at this stage.

What will be the Geo testnet to mainnet swap ratio?

The ratio has not been decided yet. We are looking at different options, the team will announce the ratio around the mainnet launch.
